A 30-minute demo
We show you the inbox, Telegram, a student file and the money side on a sample consultancy. You decide whether to start a pilot.
Setup, usually 1 to 3 days
We set up your branches, staff, pipeline stages and document lists for each country. You can change them yourself later.
Bring your old students
Upload an Excel or CSV file and check the row-by-row preview. Students who already exist are skipped, and the rest are imported. Up to 2,000 at a time, with a sample file to start from. We can help with bigger or messier files.
Connect your channels
Connect your Telegram bot, Facebook page, Instagram account and website chat. WhatsApp can be connected on request.
A 14-day pilot with your own data
Run it with about three counselors. Training is included. If you don't continue, you take your data with you.
